Due to the made-to-order nature of LARREXIS products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or items that do not fit as expected.
Please carefully review sizing information before completing your purchase.
If you receive an incorrect item (for example, you ordered a Large and received a Medium) or your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• Photos of packaging if applicable
Once verified, we will issue a replacement of the correct item at no additional cost. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
LARREXIS is not responsible for items returned without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
